MONESSEN MAN DIES IN PEDESTRIAN-VEHICLE CRASH IN ROSTRAVER

A Monessen man died in a pedestrian-vehicle crash on Saturday in Rostraver.  The Trib reports that 52-year-old Darren Snyder was walking in the area of 845 Rostraver Road at 6:30 AM when he was hit by a vehicle.  Rostraver Police said that he died at the scene.  Westmoreland County Coroner Tim Carson ruled his death accidental.  The driver of the vehicle, who was not named in the report, remained on-scene and cooperated with investigators.
