21-YEAR-OLD MONROEVILLE MAN FOUND DEAD IN WILKINSBURG

A 21-year-old Monroeville man was found dead inside a vehicle in Wilkinsburg yesterday morning.  According to Allegheny County police, the man had been shot multiple times.  Police said they found the man after they were dispatched to the 1600 block of Penn Avenue around 7:35 a.m.  The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified him as Quaylyn Carter.  Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS.
