WOMAN WHO WON TWO ELECTION RACES IN JEANNETTE ANNOUNCES INTENTIONS TO ACCEPT POSITION OF MAYOR

A woman who won two election races in Jeannette has announced her intention to accept the position of Mayor.  The Trib reports that Michelle Langdon won races for Mayor and for city council, and county election officials said that she would have to pick one of the positions to accept.  It will be up to council to fill any vacancy expected to be left behind on council when she officially accepts the mayoral position.
