ARNOLD MAN TO STAND TRIAL FOR STABBING DEATH OF MOTHER

An Arnold man will stand trial for the stabbing death of his mother in August of 2024.  The Trib reports that 39-year-old Brian Rebold had rejected a plea deal from the prosecution that would have sent him to prison for life without the chance of parole.  The case will head to trial in January of next year.  Rebold’s attorney said he plans to introduce additional evidence of Rebold’s mental infirmity.
