AUTHORITIES SHARE THE NAME OF FATALLY SHOT MAN IN NEW KEN

Authorities are sharing the name of a man they say was fatally shot this past weekend outside of a New Kensington Elks Lodge. Police responding to the Third Avenue club at around 3 a.m. Saturday found 46-year-old Jeffrey Ballard wounded outside. Ballard succumbed to those injuries. No arrests have been reported.
