A Westmoreland County Judge has accepted a plea deal for a 20-year-old man charged with making terroristic threats and two counts of assault. The Trib reports that Frank Holoman was charged with the crimes from 2024 and from March of this year. The plea deal will allow him to be released from jail and returned to his parents custody as he serves parole. He must also continue his treatment for mental illness, including taking his medications.
