MOST POPULAR HOLIDAY DISH IN PA IS PIZZELLES

The most popular holiday dish in Pennsylvania this year is Pizzelles.  That’s according to delish.com, which used Google Trends and other search data to determine the most popular holiday food in all 50 states.  Pizzelles originate from Italy and are described as a waffle like cookie which can either be crispy and crunchy or soft and chewy.  They’re known as one of the world’s oldest cookies.
