A Greensburg man was sentenced yesterday in connection with a drug overdose death in 2023. The Trib reports that 38-year-old Justin Todardo was ordered to serve 11 and a half to 23 months in prison along with five years of probation on his release for guilty pleas to drug delivery resulting in death and related charges in September. On July 1st of 2023, 43-year-old Joseph Ginter of North Huntingdon died due to an overdose of drugs. Fentanyl and xylazine were found in his home. During the sentencing hearing, Joseph’s brother Nicholas expressed his anger over the death, saying he would never forgive him and calling him a predator.
