A federal lawsuit has been filed against the Kiski School and its headmaster by a black couple claiming racial discrimination. The Trib reports that the lawsuit was filed in federal court in Pittsburgh on Monday by Joseph Ross and his wife Carla. The two claim the school became hostile towards Kiski’s black employees after Mark P. Ott took over as the head of the school last year. The lawsuit alleges that he was fired, his wife was demoted and two other black men were fired. The couple was also evicted from their on-campus home. A school spokesperson has declined to comment.
