A man from Mt. Pleasant Borough is in custody after police said he broke into a nursing facility Sunday night and assaulted a staff member. The Trib reports that borough police arrested 41-year-old Daniel Sebulsky after he urinated and defecated in the Harmon House Health and Rehab Center before fleeing into the Independence Health Frick Hospital where police took him into custody. He also is accused of throwing a rock through the ambulance bay door to enter the building and overpowered staff holding the doors closed when he broke in a second time. A preliminary hearing is set for December 31st. Sebulsky is charged with criminal trespass, institutional vandalism, simple assault and other offenses. Bail was set at $100,000.
