DUPLEX FIRE ON BEATTY VILLAGE ROAD

Four people were displaced after a fire on one side of a duplex.  The Trib reports that the fire was at a house on Beatty Village Road, just off Route 30.  Crews were called out at 4:30 AM.  The fire heavily damaged the duplex primarily on the side that was occupied. The other half was vacant and was damaged in common areas.  State police fire marshals are investigating the cause, but it’s not believed to be suspicious.
