ALLEGHENY TOWNSHIP MAN ACCUSED OF TRYING TO PURCHASE CHILD

An Allegheny Township man is accused of sexually abusing a child and offering to “buy” her from her mother.  Court documents show 43-year-old Theodore Magee is facing multiple felony charges, including aggravated indecent assault of a child.  Investigators say Magee inappropriately touched the six-year-old while watching her overnight last March.  He also sent a text to the girl’s mother, offering her five-thousand dollars so he could keep the child with him, according to authorities.
