A Mt. Pleasant man was ordered to serve 10 to 20 years in state prison for the repeated sexual abuse of a teen. The Trib reports that 41-year-old Joshua Tamblyn was convicted in July of last year on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of someone under 16, four counts of indecent assault and a count of child endangerment and corruption of a child. The victim claimed they were assaulted 20 to 25 times by Tamblyn. On top of the prison time, Tamblyn will have to register as a Megan’s Law offender for the rest of his life.
