SENATOR MCCORMICK CALLS FOR FULL INVESTIGATION OF SECOND MINNEAPOLIS SHOOTING

Pennsylvania Senator Dave McCormick is calling for a full investigation into the second deadly shooting of a U.S. citizen by federal agents in Minneapolis.  In a statement on social media, McCormick said “we need all the facts” after ICU nurse Alex Pretti was shot and killed by an immigration officer last weekend.  The Republican added that he supports the Border Patrol and ICE, and claimed Minnesota politicians are “fueling a dangerous situation” with “irresponsible rhetoric and a lack of cooperation.”  McCormick said ICE arrests must continue “in a way that protects the public while maintaining its trust.”
