Ligonier Township Supervisors have held off on a vote concerning one of the permits for Ligonier Country Market. The Trib reports that township officials said they want the event organizers and the Loyalhanna Watershed Association. While special event permits were issued January 5th, the Watershed Association said they terminated the lease with the group, invalidating the permits. Supervisors said they are not a court and want the lease problems solved before they vote on the permit.
