Cold weather continues to dominate the forecast with windchills expected to get to -20 tonight. That has triggered the National Weather Service to schedule another cold weather advisory for tonight, on top of the one in effect until 11:00 this morning. The cold temperatures and wind chills could mean frostbite on exposed skin in about 30 minutes, and problems with water pipes bursting could continue.
