U.S. ATTORNEY FOR WESTERN DISTRICT APPOINTED

The interim U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania now has the job for good.  Troy Rivetti has served in the role on a fill-in basis since the resignation of the former U.S. Attorney in January of last year.  U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has now appointed Rivetti to the role outright.
