MORE INFORMATION RELEASED ABOUT FATAL HIT-AND-RUN CRASH ARREST

More information was released concerning the arrest of a man charged with a fatal hit-and-run crash in Hempfield.  The Trib reports that 37-year-old William Sever was arrested Friday in connection with the crash in 2025 that killed Jayden Lynch.  State police said that Sever was found hiding under piles of insulation in an attic.  On top of the hit-and-run charges, he faces flight to avoid apprehension and default in required appearance.  A preliminary hearing for all charges is set for February 12th.
