A Penn Hills man was arrested Tuesday after state police found two pounds of cocaine in his vehicle as he was driving on the PA Turnpike in Westmoreland County. The Trib reports that the traffic stop happened at 1:30 PM near the border of Donegal and Cook Townships after seeing a car with excessively tinted windows following another motorist too closely. The driver, 35-year-old Ratique Wilson refused to allow police to search the car, but police dogs notified officers on the presence of drugs. Police were able to obtain a search warrant and found the drugs in a subsequent search. Wilson is now in Westmoreland County Jail on $150,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for February 13th.
