INVESTIGATION CONTINUES INTO WEST NEWTON CRASH

Investigation continues into a crash in West Newton involving a train and a box truck that resulted in the truck being pushed into a structure.  WTAE-TV reports it happened about 5:30 yesterday morning at the intersection of North Water Street and East Main Street.  Police say the driver of the Amazon truck was making a turn as directed by his GPS when he became stuck and was unable to move out of the path of the train in time.
