A Unity man pleaded guilty this week to charges of felony criminal trespass and misdemeanor making terroristic threats. The Trib reports that 35-year-old Ryan Hoover claimed he was under the influence of drugs when he went into Kelly’s II Personal Care Home and attempted to force a female employee to have sex with him before fleeing. He was sentenced by Judge Tim Krieger to five years of probation including two months house arrest.
