Westmoreland County Airport Authority Officials say that an offer to bring a second airline to Arnold Palmer Regional Airport could come within a month. The Trib reports that talks intensified after Spirit Airlines said it was cutting its route from Latrobe to Orlando starting in mid-April. Authority executive director Gabe Monzo declined to share details on who they were talking to, but confirmed that multiple carriers have expressed an interest in flying routes out of Latrobe.
