SECOND PERSON CHARGED IN ROSTRAVER SHOOTING

A second person has been charged in the November 5th fatal shooting in Rostraver.  The Trib reports that Tuan Dang of Philadelphia now faces a charge of homicide in connection with the death of Boyke Budiarachman, also of Philadelphia.  County detectives believe that he was paid $65,000 to act as a middleman to set up the shooting that led to Budiarachman’s death.  Police say that Kevin Van Lam ordered and paid for the killing.  During an interview with the FBI on Tuesday in Philadelphia, Dang admitted his involvement at Lam’s request, according to court papers.
