A Penn township man is charged with aggravated assault and other crimes connected with a wrestling match in a driveway that left another man in critical condition with a fractured skull. The Trib reports that police charged 29-year-old Jake Stepansky of Claridge in connection with an incident on March 7th. Police were called for a report of an unresponsive man after some “roughhousing” that resulted in the victim, Joseph Hixon, landing on the pavement, hitting his head. Sepansky was denied bail and is in Westmoreland County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing on March 17th.
