DROUGHT CONDITIONS IMPROVING ACROSS WESTERN PA

Drought conditions are improving across Western Pennsylvania.  The latest update from the U.S. Drought Monitor shows no drought conditions currently present in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Armstrong and several other counties.  Meanwhile, the rest of the state continues to have abnormally dry, moderate, or severe drought conditions.
