A man was arrested for threatening to shoot up a St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday in Indiana County. Indiana Borough Police Chief Justin Schawl said that two witnesses reported the threat to police just as the parade started. They were able to detain the suspect, later identified as 18-year-old Chase Mansfield of Indiana, who did not have a weapon on his person. He is now in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail and is due in court for a preliminary hearing on March 24th.
