A Westmoreland County community is adding fees for owners of electronic skill games that offer cash payouts. Washington Township supervisors have approved an ordinance related to the issue. The owners of the machines will have to pay a general fee 500 dollars each year, plus another 100 dollars for every machine they have under the measure. The new rules will not apply to games that do not offer payouts, like typical arcade games or pinball.
