HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP MODIFIES ZONING LAWS IN PREPARATION FOR DATA CENTER

While Hempfield Township has not received any proposals for a data center, they have modified their zoning laws in preparation for them.  The Trib reports that the new zoning regulations would allow data centers only in industrial zones.  There are 57 data centers proposed in Pennsylvania according to the Track Data Centers mapping tool
