Three Western PA men have been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of kidnapping, carjacking, robbery and other crimes. The Trib reports the federal indictment names 25-year-old Armoni Burton of Greensburg along with Ausaun Porter of Pittsburgh and Laurence Strothers Jr. of West Mifflin in connection with crimes committed in late December-early January. Porter and Burton allegedly carjacked a vehicle at gunpoint in January in White Oak, hit the driver several times before tying them up and stealing marijuana from them and demanding a ransom. Burton is also charged with robbing a postal worker in December and for possession of fentanyl in January.
