A North Huntingdon man accused of threatening a Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County worker with a handgun was arraigned yesterday in Westmoreland County Court. The Trib reports that the worker was turning off the water at the home of Mykola Prut when he chased him off with the weapon around 9:30 AM on Wednesday. Prut later admitted to police that after he threatened him, he took the keys to the authority truck and used a tool from the truck to restore his water service on his own. He is free on non monetary bail, but is due back in court on May 1st for a preliminary hearing.
