WALLETHUB REPORT PUTS PA NEAR TOP OF LIST OF BEST PLACES TO RAISE A FAMILY

A new report about the best places to raise a family in the U.S. puts Pennsylvania near the top of the list.  WalletHub looked at factors like crime rates, school performance, housing affordability and average income.  It placed Pennsylvania in twelfth place, with Massachusetts taking the top spot.  The study put New Mexico all the way down at number 50.
