NEW KEN FIRE DEPARTMENT AND AMERICAN RED CROSS TO INSTALL FREE SMOKE DETECTORS THIS MONTH

The New Kensington Fire Department is working with the American Red Cross to install free smoke detectors this month.  The effort is part of the nonprofit’s “Sound the Alarm” campaign.  Firefighters will be out on April 18th to put up detectors for citizens who have requested them.  Anyone who needs an alarm can give the Red Cross a call.
