MAN ACCUSED OF BLOWING UP PLUM HOME SET TO FACE JURY

A man accused of intentionally blowing up a home in Plum with his family inside is now set to face a jury.  Attempted homicide and other counts filed against 41-year-old Jacob Rabb were held for court following a preliminary hearing yesterday.  Authorities say Rabb tampered with the gas line to a dryer at his house on Hialeah Drive in April of 2022, leading to an explosion while he, his partner, and their four kids were in bed.  No one was killed, but one of the children suffered significant burns.  Investigators say Rabb left notes in the home admitting to causing the explosion when he and his partner separated.
