CREWS BEGAN CLEARING LIGONIER BEACH PROPERTY OVER THE WEEKEND

Crews started to clear the Ligonier Beach property over the weekend.  The Trib reports that on Friday, volunteers used heavy machinery to remove logs, dead trees and heavy brush from the pool and around the pool area.  A group of volunteers were there the following day to pick up more brush, trash and small rocks.  Ligonier Township acquired the property in 2019.
