MURRYSVILLE LAWYER ON TRIAL FOR ALLEGED ROAD RAGE INCIDENT

A Murrysville Lawyer is on trial for an alleged road rage incident.  The Trib reports that 49-year-old Brad Funari is charged with reckless endangerment and a traffic offense connected with an incident on September 4th of 2023.  At trial yesterday, his ex-wife said that she was a passenger in a vehicle driven by her father when Funari blocked the driveway with his car.  Funari reportedly sped away before he circled back and accelerated toward them, forcing them to swerve to avoid a collision.  The trial is expected to continue today.
