TWO WOMEN PLEAD GUILTY IN CONNECTION WITH THEFT FROM GREENSBURG BEVERAGE COMPANY ESTATE

Two women pleaded guilty on Friday to counts of perjury and theft connected with the Greensburg Beverage Company estate.  The Trib reports that 52-year-old Lisa Valeskyand her daughter, 28-year-old Angela, were sentenced to one to two years in jail and 18 years of probation.  They were immediately granted parole.  The judge also ordered them to transfer homes, cars and money from the estate to their rightful owners to offset the $4.4 million in restitution.  The two were accused of illegally gaining control of the estate in 2022.
