Black Sabbath are getting their early demos back after a settlement with the group’s first manager Jim Simpson.
Last year, Simpson announced plans to release “The Legendary Lost Tapes” by “Earth,” the band’s former name, however, Sharon Osbourne threatened to take legal action. In an open letter she wrote that the band didn’t want their demos released without hearing them first and without getting royalties. Now, Osbourne said during the latest episode of “The Osbournes” podcast that a settlement has been reached and the rights are being given back to the band.
Osbourne and Black Sabbath have yet to reveal their plans for the demos.
