While Ligonier Country Market is trying to find a new home, the Loyalhanna Watershed property will have a new market on certain Saturday’s this summer. The Trib reports The Loyalhanna Watershed Association is seeking a permit to use the 9-acre field it owns for a twice-monthly farmers market that would focus on local agriculture. The request is expected to come before township supervisors Tuesday. The Ligonier Valley Farmers Market would be held every other Saturday from June to September and would have room for 60 vendors.
