LATROBE POLICE CHARGE PITTSBURGH MAN WITH CHILD CRIMES

Police in Latrobe have charged a Pittsburgh man with attempted rape of a child, unlawful contact with a minor and child pornography.  KDKA-TV reports that 67-year-old Michael Sipe reportedly sent explicit images and messages to an undercover agent from Iowa who was posing as a 12-year-old girl, then asked her to run away to live with him in Latrobe.  The messages started last December.  Police seized cell phones and found the messages and child pornography images.
