Amiee Mann is admitting that she nearly passed on performing with Rush on their “Fifty Something” reunion tour.
The singer shared the story in the form of a short comic in a recent social media post. She revealed that she received an email from Geddy Lee in March, however, she was in “a bad place” and couldn’t imagine playing with the band. She also admitted that she knew she would regret her decision if she didn’t try and ultimately decided to join the band on stage.
Rush will continue the “Fifty Something” tour on June 20th in Mexico City.
