MALE FILES LAWSUIT OVER ASSAULT OUTSIDE OF PARKS TOWNSHIP BAR

A man has filed a lawsuit in Westmoreland County Court concerning an assault outside of a bar in Parks Township in April.  The Trib reports that Hector Saballos, Jr. said in the 11-count lawsuit that owners and staff at Niki’s Quick Six were negligent in serving alcohol to 36-year-old David Dunminre of Vandegrift, who fired shots at the bar on April 26th.  Jessica Hilliard of Apollo died due to injuries suffered in the shooting.  Saballos was one of two injured Saballos is seeking an unspecified amount in compensatory and punitive damages.
