NORTH HUNTINGDON TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS LOOKING TO CONDUCT FEASIBILITY STUDY ON NEW TRAIL

Officials in North Huntingdon Township are looking to conduct a feasibility study on a new trail.  Local commissioners approved plans to request proposals from consultants for the project last week.  The idea for the Trolley Line Trail is that it run along the former West Penn Railways trolley route between downtown Irwin and the village of Larimer.  The study will be paid for with state grant funding.
