THREE MEN CHARGED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY IN SOUTH HUNTINGDON

Three men are charged with animal cruelty in connection with the 2024 beating death of a dog.  The Trib reports that Joe Malone, Jr. and Connor Repovz, both of South Huntingdon and Brian Johnston of Belle Vernon went to the dog owner’s home in South Huntingdon in September of 2024 to “settle scores” over sexual assault allegations from the month before.  When the owner wasn’t there, the three reportedly beat the dog to death and threw it into the pool.  Preliminary arraignments and hearings are set for October 5th.
