STATE POLICE IDENTIFY TEEN KILLED BY TRAIN

State police have identified a teen who was struck and killed by a train on Monday night in Hempfield.  Westermoreland County coroner John Ackerman announced that 14-year-old Connor T. Braden of Latrobe was struck and killed by a train as he was walking near the Norfolk Southern Railroad Tracks in Hempfield Township.  State police are continuing to investigate.  The Coroner’s office wants to thank the public for helping to identify the victim.
