LATROBE POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE WITH PAY

An employee with the Latrobe police department is now on administrative leave with pay.  The Trib reports that neither mayor Eric Bartels nor solicitor Lee Demosky would comment further on the change of employment status for Beth Straka, citing personnel reasons.  Straka is the department’s deputy director of community affairs and police services, according to the city website.
