A former Greensburg Salem Teacher’s Aide is looking to block a $27,000 bill for an expert witness that never testified at trial. The Trib reports that Teri Kepchia pleaded guilty last week to endangerment of autistic elementary students. She said that she should not have to foot the bill for an expert witness who never got to testify. Westmoreland County prosecutors contend should be split evenly among all six defendants — a teacher and five classroom aides at Robert F. Nicely Elementary School in the Greensburg Salem School District.
