Lionsgate is working on a “Michael” sequel.
The production house is reportedly hoping to release the sequel to the Michael Jackson biopic at the end of 2027 or in the first half of 2028. The “Michael” movie, which arrived in theaters in April, ended with the words “His Story Continues,” hinting at another release.
It’s unclear what the second movie will cover in the King of Pop’s life.
