SOME CHARGES DISMISSED AGAINST NORTH HUNTINGDON MAN CHARGED WITH DEATH OF ERIE GIRL

Some of the charges filed against a North Huntingdon man charged in the death of a 17-year-old Erie girl last year have been dismissed.  The Trib reports that a judge dismissed charges of Charges of homicide by vehicle while operating a watercraft while under the influence, homicide by watercraft and involuntary manslaughter against 22-year-old Derek W. Bold, but He still faces charges of individual unable to safely operate a watercraft because of drug or alcohol use, corruption of minors and others in Erie County.  The charges stem from the death of Madison Gallagher in 2025.
