YESTERDAY’S SEVERE STORMS CAUSE POWER OUTAGES

Severe storms rolled through our area yesterday, knocking out power to thousands of customers.  Flood Watches and Tornado Warnings were issued for Westmoreland and Indiana Counties.  West Penn Power reported thousands of customers were without power at some point.  As of this morning, just over 1500 customers remain without power in Westmoreland County.
