POLICE LOOKING FOR UPPER BURRELL MAN ACCUSED OF SELLING DRUGS

Police are looking for an Upper Burrell man accused of selling heroin and fentanyl in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties.  The Trib reports that Larry Sieff, who has an address in Upper Burrell, has a warrant out for his arrest for six felony counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture and other crimes.  North Huntingdon police arranged for multiple undercover purchases.  Sieff has other pending drug charges from February, which he has a preliminary hearing scheduled for on Sept. 30 at District Judge Charles Moore’s office.
